Former captain of the Indian cricket team Virat Kohli and the popular Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma were in love and got married on December 11, 2017, in Italy. They were an influential couple blessed with a baby girl named Vamika. Usually, celebrities start posting their baby’s photos at once they are born but this couple hasn’t posted any of the photos of their daughter anywhere on social media.
In this regard, Anushka Sharma has posted the reason for not revealing the baby’s face so far on social media.
Why is so far not revealed?
In that post, “I thank the media for not releasing any of the photos or videos of Vamika on social platforms. As parents, we were constantly asking the media not to post photos or videos of our daughter because as she grows, our daughter should not be known through social media as we care for her privacy and easy living.
Revealed for the first time:
We cannot stop her after a certain age but till then our daughter should be grown up with privacy. Thatswhy we have decided this.” Says Anushka Sharma thanking the media. But in yesterday’s match between India and South Africa, Kohli’s daughter’s face was revealed through the camera.

When Kohli scored a half-century, he dedicated his score to his daughter. They revealed the baby’s face which was not shown in any of the media. So, she posted an Instagram story asking people not to share their daughter’s photo on any of social media. She said that she did not notice the camera facing them and they stand the same for not revealing their daughter’s photo to date. So they would be happy if baby’s photos are not clicked or published, she added.
