This show has been the talk for its choice of controversial contestants Munawar Faruqui, model Poonam Pandey, wrestler Babita Phogat, actress Nisha Rawal and television sensation Karanvir Bohra. So, there is no need of searching for content to chew. The promos of the grand premiere of Lock Upp elicited excitement levels among fans.

ALTBalaji has dropped a video on its page which is a promo of the conversation between the host Kangana and the contestant Poonam Pandey. In that, Kangana asks Poonam Pandey whether she agrees that she makes promotion for adult films.
Poonam Pandey’s answer:
Poonam Pandey who is a model and an actress replied to the question that “of all the videos I have made so far or pictures I share, I haven’t broken any laws. If people love the fake one they would probably love the real me”. Which stunned Kangana.
Show anticipation:
Earlier today, another promo of the show was released which depicted Munawar Farooqui’s argument with the host Kangana Ranaut. While Munawar mentioned he thinks that an artist cannot bring a revolution, Kangana was left stunned. When she goes on to say “death penalty to the comedian”, Munawar replied, “don’t threaten me.”
