Childhood:

Shobhit Singh, who was born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, has always had a fascination with spirituality and philosophy. He began working for a German software company in Delhi after graduating from Aligarh Muslim University with an MBA and a degree in economics. But he was deeply spiritual. Following this, he relocated to an ashram in Rishikesh at the age of 26.

Spiritual Life:

Shobhit Singh studied Vedic management and immersed himself in religious teachings at the Rishikesh ashram. His understanding of life and spirituality continued to deepen.

New path:

Shopit Singh married and ventured into business after leaving the ashram against the wishes of his family. Nina, his wife, comes from a Vadodara business family. Shopit Singh founded a business that produced and imported Christmas gifts into the US with the help of his wife’s family.

Possibility:

Shopit Singh’s business saw a chance in 2012 when the US increased tariffs on Chinese goods. Their manufacturing facility was relocated to Indonesia. 2014 saw the start of production following the installation of new equipment and employee training.

Beginning of Skoodle:

Singh invested Rs 1.2 crore and established Scool, a 50-person business, in 2016. Shopit Singh led the company as it expanded. partnered with well-known brands like Play-Doh, My Little Pony, and Transformers to produce toys and stationery.

Overcoming Obstacles:

Scudole has kept its staff on the job despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. There were no pay reductions either. Rather, the business added more skilled workers. It has also readied itself for the market that follows the pandemic. Skudol was able to expand thanks to this tactic.

Future Plans:

Shopit Singh, the creator of Skool, has ambitious plans to enter the FMCG industry and introduce gold-plated cookware, among other things. Nina, the spouse of Shopit Singh, oversees customer service and sales. In the meantime, Shopit Singh spends his free time reading philosophy and poetry.
