Ingredients

  • Maida – ½ kg
  • Sugar 3 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Ghee – 150 gram
  • Egg – 2
  • Half a cup of milk
  • Oil – for frying

Preparation Method

  • First pour well boiled hot ghee along with maida flour in a vessel then add beaten eggs,milk,sugar and salt and knead,sprinkle water little by little with it and knead it slightly tighted than parotta dough.
  • Do not water too much,roll the dough into balls and apply ghee on it,cover it and keep it for an hour.Then take a ball out of it and flatten it.
  • apply ghee on it,cover it and fold it back and forth(like a fan). Sprinkle flour well between the folds and roll it like a parotta.Prepare the rest of the balls in the same way and grease with ghee.
  • Rub the rolled parottas not too thin and not lumpy. Grease both sides again.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the parotta one by one on low flame. Delicious and crispy fried parottas are ready.
