Instead of always making flour with the same type of rice and urad, try making dosa flour with all sprouted pulses and grains once in a while and it will increase your health. - Idli rice – 200 gms,
- Sprouted chickpeas, green gram and horse gram, urad dal,whole wheat – 100 gms each,
- dry chillies – 4,
- pepper – a teaspoon,
- peeled ginger – small piece,
- salted oil – required quantity.
- First , Soak the idli rice for three hours and take it.
- Add sprouted pulses, dry chillies, pepper and ginger and grind coarsely in adama powder and mix with salt.
- Put the dosa stone in the oven and pour the batter widely and cook it on medium flame.
