- Egg – 2
- Semolina – 150 grams
- Maida – 150 grams
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 150 g
- Soda Salt – 2 pinch
- Cashew nuts – 20 gm
- Cardamom – 4
Preparation Method
- First , Beat the eggs until frothy. Dissolve semolina, maidamau, sugar, coconut, beaten egg, soda salt, betel powder, finely chopped cashew nuts like idli batter.
- Pour oil in pan and dry it. Take the flour in a small spoon and pour it in the oil. When the paniyar rises, turn it over and when it is cooked, drain the oil and take it out.
