Ingredients

  • Millet – 1 cup,
  • Onion – 2,
  • Tomato – 3, Green
  • chili – 6,
  • Garlic clove – 10,
  • Ginger – 1 piece,
  •  Ghee – 1 spoon,
  • Oil – 1 spoon,
  • Fenugreek – 1 bunch,
  • Anise – 1 spoon ,

Preparation Method

  • First, take the Kodo millet and sift it well and soak it in a cup for half an hour. Cut the onion length wise. Finely chop the tomatoes. Grate the green chilies and crush the ginger garlic into two pieces and keep aside
  • Put a cooker on the stove. When the cooker is hot, pour one spoon of ghee and one spoon of oil. When the oil dries up, add some aniseed and add the fried onions and saute well.
