The wedding reception of Mr. Akash Prabhakar, Pro-Chancellor, son of Mrs.
Jayanthi Radhakrishnan – Chancellor of MAHER University & Mr. Prabhakar Edward and
grandson of the late Mr. A.N. Radhakrishnan founder of Meenakshi and Sri Muthukumaran
Educational Institutions & Mrs. Gomathi Radhakrishnan, to the bride, Selvi Ashmita Reddy,
the daughter of Mr. C.M. Kishore Reddy & Mrs. Leela Kishore Reddy, and granddaughter of
Mr. E.V. Perumalsamy Reddy founder and chairman of the E.V.P. Group & Mrs. E.V.P.
Rajeshwari, Chennai, took place on June 30th, 2025 at 7:00 PM at GPN Palace in Thiruverkadu.
The event was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu, Shri R.N. Ravi,
who blessed the couple and delivered a special address.
The reception also saw the attendance of Tamil Nadu Ministers, trustees of various
educational trusts, founders of several higher education institutions, university professors,
various political party leaders, film personalities, industrialists, officials, and staff working in
vocational and medical educational institutions, along with relatives and friends, all of whom
came to bless the newlyweds.
