Just Wow, Mutton Keema Momos Recipe

Nowadays Momos are sold as evening snacks in many places. There are many varieties of these momos. One of he is momos with mutton keema. It is very tasty and suitable for both adults and children. Everyone likes to eat it.

Ingredients

  • Maida – 1 and ½ cup
  • Water – required quantity
  • Salt – as required
  • Mutton keema – 250 grams
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
  • Garam masala – 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder – 2 tsp
  • Chat masala – 1 tsp
  • Jasmin powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander – few bunch
  • Green chilles – 2(finely chopped)
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Preparation Method

  • First put maida and salt in a bowl as required add water and knead it into a soft chappati dough and keep it aside.
  • Cook mutton keema in pressure cooker or a pan.
  • Then put a pan in the over,pour oil in it and when it is dry,add ginger garlic paste,green chillies and coriander and fry it,then sprinkle the powders,then add the boiled mutton keema, Sprinkle salt and drain well.stir it and keep it.
  • Then roll the kneaded dough into small balls. Then take a ball and flatten it to a small puri size,put some keema mixture in the middle,hold it like a cone,grease an idli plate and place it on top of it.similarly make all the dough.
  • Finally put the idli plate in the idli pan and cook for 15 – 20 minutes, keema momos are ready.

Note

  • Serve hot with chili or tomato sauces.
