Just Wow, Cashew Masala Dosa

There are lot of dosa varieties like masala dosa,Rava dosa,Ghee Roast..But have you ever had cashew masala dosa.If you eat this dosa once, you will never let it go. It is so delicious simple and quick preparation.

Ingredients

  • Dosa flour – 2 cups
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Ghee – 2 tsp
  • Potato – ¼ kg
  • Carrot – 1
  • Peas – ½ cup
  • Big onion – 2
  • Green chillies – 2
  • Ginger – 1 pieces
  • Tomato – 2
  • Cashew  -  10
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – as required
  • Mustard – 1 tsp
  • Gram flour – 2 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tsp

Preparation Method

  • First ,Boil the potatoes ,peel them and mash them. Finely chop the carrot, onion,green chillies and ginger.
  • Drain the oil,season with mustard,urad dal,add cashew,onions ,green chillies,ginger,turmeric powder and a pinch of salt and sauté well.
  • Then add carrots and peas and sauté well. Also,add mashed potatoes and required salt and sauté for two minutes.
  • Finally , dissolve chickpea flour in a little water,add spices and stir well until dry.
  • In the hot dosa pan,take dosa flour,thin pour over the dosa.Pour ghee around the dosa.spread some masala in the middle,fold the dosa and take it when cooked.

Note

  • Before pouring each dosa, sprinkle some water and wipe the stone and pour it, the dosa will turn golden brown.
