Sameera Reddy astonishes everyone with her dramatic weight loss of 10 kgs.

Actress Sameera Reddy’s tips on how to lose weight easily up to 10 kg are currently going viral on social media. Sameera Reddy was one of the most popular actresses in the world of South Indian cinema. She made her Bollywood film debut in 2002 with the film ‘Maine Dil Tujhko’. Following that, made her Tamil debut with the film ‘Varanam Aayiram’ directed by Gautham Vasudhev Menon which was well received by the people. Later she acted in Tamil films like ‘Vedi’, ‘Vettai’, and ‘Asal’.

Since then she has acted in many films in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada. Then in 2014, Sameera Reddy was married to a businessman Akshay. Following this, she paid full attention to the family. Sameera has been away from the cinema but occasionally takes part in public shows.

Sameera currently has a son and a daughter. Not only that but she is always active on social websites. She used to share every video and photo of her playing with her children. In addition, she regularly shares several ideas about fitness workouts, child-rearing, and eating habits. At this point, Sameera is currently claiming one of the tips to lose weight.

Sameera’s Fitness Tips:

Sameera have lost ten kilos now. As she said about it, “a year ago I started thinking seriously about my physical fitness. So, from 92kg, I have now reduced it to 81kg. Even now the bodyweight required for height is high. But, I can run actively with more energy. Do you know the reason for this?” Here are some tips:

  • I sometimes get back from the motive of losing weight but I will be back on track.
  • Intermittent fasting has helped me from the late-night snacking habit.
  • I do a lot of inner work to get rid of the negative thoughts. I am currently in the good physical condition and happy.
  • Choose a sport and it makes fitness fun.
  • Have friends with you every week to check if your progress is right.
  • Do not try to lose weight immediately without understanding the reality.
  • Sameera shares her fitness experience that there is no value in thinking about your body weight and feeling sorry for yourself.
