Just Wow Recipe,Karasev

Even those who keep their mouths shut when it comes to ‘food’..They open their mouths to say “Snacks”.

Even though we eat three meals a day, morning, noon and night, we all have a desire to have some kind of snack or snack in the evening. A great snack for such evenings is “karachev”. Learn how to make delicious karasave here.

Ingredients

  • Chickpea flour – 2 cups
  • Rice flour – 1/2 cup
  • Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • pepper – 10 to 15
  • A pinch of salt
  • Poppy seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic – 10 clove

Preparation Method

  • First , Mix chickpea flour, rice flour, and chili powder together in a sieve and sift well.
  • Then put this flour mixture in a vessel and add agave and salt to it. Add whole or broken peppers to this mixture and mix well.
  • Grind  poppy seeds, garlic to a fine paste and add it to this flour mixture.
  • Then add water little by little to the flour mixture and knead it into a rolling dough. Light a fire in the stove and put a pan in it, add oil as required and heat it.
  • Then, in a spoon specially made for making karasave, or in a vegetable grater, hold the ball of dough in slightly larger holes and rub it, the pieces of dough fall lengthwise into the oil. After this, fry the sev pieces in oil until golden brown and the delicious karasev is ready.
