Just Wow, Chicken Macaroni Recipe

Chicken Macaroni it is an Italian type of food. It is true that its taste has invaded Indians as well. Although there are many varieties of pasta. Macaroni is a little special, it is very favorite and delicious recipe for kids.

Ingredients

  • Macaroni – 150 grams
  • Boneless chicken – ½ kg
  • Onion – 2
  • Tomato – 1
  • Curry Leaves – 1 bunch
  • Green chillies – 2
  • Ginger , garlic paste- 3 tsp
  • Curd – 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Cardomom, Cloves – ½ tsp
  • Chicken masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – as required
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • Ghee – 4 tsp

Preparation Method

  • First,cook Macaroni by adding salt and drain the water.
  • Add ghee and oil in a pan ,ad cardamom,cloves,pineapple flower,star anise.Then add chillies, curry leaves and onions, Fry umtil golden brown.
  • Then add ginger, garlic paste and stir until the green smell goes away.
  • Saute tomatoes in it,then add curd to all the powders.
  • When the oil comes to the top,add the chicken and cook well.
  • When the chicken is cooked,add the cooked macaroni and stir to remove the water from the spices. Delicious chicken Macaroni is ready.

Note

  • Macaroni contains salt,so add only as much as needed to the chicken.Can e served finely chopped onion leaves together if desired.
  • Same recipe for mutton, but you have to cook the mutton in the cooker. Add mint and coriander if desired.
