‘Bheem ‘ Praveen Kumar Sobti , who starred in Michael Madana Kamarajan film, has passed away.

The death of actor Praveen Kumar, who played the role of Bheem boy in “Michael Madana Kamarajan”, has driven the film industry in sorrow. Michael Madana Kamarajan is a 1991 Malayalam film directed by Singitam Seenivasarao. The film stars Kamal Haasan, Urvasi, Nagesh, Crazy Mohan among others. Ilayaraja has composed the music for this film. The film is a full-fledged comedy film. Ulaga nayagan Kamal Haasan played four roles in it.

He did the roles of Thief Michael, businessman Madana Gopal, cook Kameshwaran and firefighter Raju.  Bheem Boy is the one who played the role of Madan’s servant in this film. He was born in 1947 in Punjab. His real name is Praveen Kumar. He has acted as Bhima in the 1988 Hindi series ‘Mahabharata’.

Athlete too:

 It was through this series that he became popular among the people. Not only that, but he is also a discus thrower. He represented India in the 1967 Asian Games and won a gold medal. He then won a gold medal in the 1970 tournament and added pride to India again. Following this, he participated in the Commonwealth Games and won many awards.

Cinema Opportunity by Height:

Thus, he was awarded the Arjuna Award. It is said that he got the opportunity to enter the cinema because he was about 6.5 feet tall. He starred in the 1981 Hindi film Ratcha. Only then did he get the chance to act in films. He has also acted in more than 50 films in the world of cinema such as Mary Saban, Naga Bandi, Adhikar, Mitti Aur Sona, Duck Bungalow, and Panna.

Cinema and Politics:

Not only that, he has acted in many serials. He then joined the Aam Aadmi Party in 2013. He also contested Delhi’s Bajjitpur constituency on behalf of the party. But, he lost the election. Praveen Kumar then joined BJP a couple of years later. In this condition today, he has passed away due to ill health.

Physical Disability:

More recently he has taken a break from both cinema and politics. Praveen Kumar has been receiving treatment for the last few days due to ill health. His daughter Nikunika said he had a heart attack at 9:30 last night and died. Film and political celebrities are also mourning the death of Praveen Kumar.
