For the first few years, Ram had trouble finding the suitable clients. “I questioned myself. With all the dosa eateries in Hyderabad, why should customers visit my shop? I tried creating dosa in a variety of flavors after that,” he added.

Ram produced a wide variety of dosas, including paneer, cheese, and pizza. With Hyderabad experiencing a growth in BPO and IT businesses, I discovered that there weren’t many excellent restaurants open past 11 p.m. At that point, according to Ram, he made the decision to turn the store into a restaurant at night.

Ram also operates his restaurant with the fundamental tenet of never sacrificing quality. His efforts did not go in vain because he believed that delicious food always draws people in.
