Total Dhamaal’s Day 3 Box Office Report.!

Total Dhamaal, which is an adventure comedy flick ended its first week successfully with great box office collection on Sunday.Starring Ajay Devgn in the lead role, the film has had a great start at the theatres with the first day collection of Rs.16.50 crore at the Indian theatres.

Even though, it received poor reviews from movie critics, Total Dhaamal saw an amazing jump in its collection on the second day as it garnered Rs.20.40 crore. As it is a family entertainer, the movie attracted huge crowds on its day 3, and got good response in metropolitan cities like Kolkata, where there was not much response in the first two days.

The flick has been performing extremely well in North India, and managed to achieve a huge collection on its day 3 to end the weekend on a fantastic note. Total Dhamaal was screened in nearly 3.700 theatres across the country, and has collected Rs.25.50 crore at the Indian theatres on Sunday (third day), easily crossing Rs.60 crore mark in just three days.

The flick is directed by Indra Kumar and though the film failed to impress the critics, it seems that it attracted audiences who enjoy the mad comedy. It was a solo release and was free from any competition, but Ranvir Singh’s Gully Boy is still performing great at the box office.

With respect to the recent trend, Total Dhamaal is speculated to maintain the same craze over the weekdays as well. The movie also features Javeed Jaaferi, Arshad Warsi, Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, Ritiesh Deshmukh, BomanIrani, and Sanjay Mishra in prominent roles.
