Sheelu Abraham was born and bought up in Bharananghanam, Kerala. She had completed her education in Kerala. Her mother is Aleykutty Cheriyampurathu and married to Abraham Mathew, who is the producer in Malayalam film industry and currently living in Mumbai.
Sheelu Abraham was made her debut in the film Weeping Boy in 2013 and she acted in another movie named Manglish which was released in 2014.
Even though she had acted in a couple of movies, she got familiar with the movie ‘She Taxi’ which was released in 2015 where she played a negative role which gave her wide recognization. That also helped her to bag a role in the Mohanlal’s movie ‘Kanal’ which was produced by her husband Abraham Mathew. Currently, she is acting in the Mammootty movie Puthiya Niyamam.
