The much awaited teaser of the “sarkar” has been released finally. ‘Sarkar’ is an new upcoming movie starring Ilayathalapathy Vijay and Keerthy Suresh in a lead role. And Ratharavi, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar,Yogi babu, Prem Kumar,Karuppiah and Tulasi Shivamani in a pivot role.
