Ramya NSK was born and brought up in Chennai, Tamil nadu. Her gener in music is Carnatic and Western classic. She sang many songs in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and kannada movies.

Ramya Career:
Ramy’s first song was for the film Notebook in Malayalam (2006). She sung “As we all know” song in that film. In 2008, She sung for the movie “Pandhayam” in Tamil. Vijay Antony scored music for that film. After that she had sung more than 50 songs in Tamil cinema. In 2009, She sung for the movie “Super Cowboy” in Telugu and after that she had sung nearly 25 songs in Telugu. In 2012, She sung for the movie “Anna Bond” in kannada. After that she sung nearly 7 songs in Kannada.

In 2013 she got best playback singer Film fare award for the song Satru Munbu from the film Neethaane En Ponvasantham. She got Best Playback Singer Female Award from Vijay Awards 2012 for the same song.
