Game of Thrones is only a few weeks away from its final season and GOT fans of this HBO fantasy series are eagerly waiting to know how the show’s makers are going to end up this epic saga.
As of now, there are many speculations revolving around Game of Thrones characters, but recently a fan stated that Queen Daenerys Targaryen’s (Emilia Clark) end in the show and if this speculation is true, then it will surely change the story of the entire series.
The greatest battle is geared from the North. In the last episode of Game of Thrones season 7 named “Beyond the Wall,” we all saw how the Night King blew the Great Wall and even resurrected Daenerys Targaryen’s dragon, who was killed. In the season 8 (the last and final season), he is going to reach Westeros and will surely cause destruction.
Till now, we know the fact that Queen Daenerys Targaryen, the spouse of Khal Drago and the current love interest of Jon Snow is unburnt – which means that fire cannot harm her. A reddit user also pointed out the same fact and questioned whether if the Queen dies in the final season, will she become a White Walker as her body cannot burn. Based on this, she will be the ideal candidate to become the New Night Queen.
But, is it possible? Yes, if she succumbs by the hands of Night King or Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) and her body is not cremated properly, then she might become a Night Walker and replace the Night King and will get the throne as she always desired.
Well, this idea does sound fascinating and it may take place as well. But, ending the series on such note will not make any sense. The idea of Daenerys Targaryen becoming the Night Queen is interesting, but it will surely divide loyal fans into two groups.
