Top Tamil Movies 2017

There were many Tamil movies released in 2017. Some of the movies were mega-hit some were medium hit and some were a flop. Aram, Vikram Vedha, Thuparivaalan, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Maanagaram, Kurangu Bommai, Sathya, Mersal like this many Tamil movie scored good in 2017.

Vijay and Ajith were ruling the Tamil cine Industry. In 2017 there was two Vijay Movie released. One is Bairavaa and Other is Mersal. Bairavaa released during Jallikattu issue and at that time Bairavaa movie generated minimum profit only. But the Mersal movie becomes a huge hit. When we talk about Ajith Movie, Vivegam was released in this year and it got a mixed review.

In 2017 there were some small-budget movies which run successfully like Thuparivaalan, Meyatha Maan, Maanagaram, Aramm and few others. Time movie audience is always welcoming the new directors and if the film is good then it is getting a good collection too.

There were many time movie reviewers in Tamil Nadu who playing a very big role during the movie release period. Due to some reviews, big Tamil movies are also getting damaged. For an example, there is famous reviewer Blue Sattai Maran who damaged Vivegam movie which becomes a very big controversy.

There were many new multiplex theatres opened in recent years in Tamil Nadu and many Tamil movies are being screened continuously. But if some big Tamil movie is releasing then all the distributors are concentrate on that movie alone. Due to this some small Tamil movie release date are getting postponed. If this mentality is changed then small Tamil movies will also get a good welcome from the audience from day one.
