Resham was debuted in Bollywood Feature Film called Miss Tankpur Hazir Ho as Item No. She played a lead role in Telugu movie called Prem Ku Deradi. She also worked in Hindi Film called the Wedding gift as a parallel lead. She also acted in Jaan Se Pyara, Crazy Girls and Paisa Potti Problem.
She has also performed in Various TV ads including Naaptol, Fiat Car, BSNL broadband ads and calling card commercial ad.
