Ingredients

  • Broccoli – 1/4 kg
  • whole garlic
  • 1 onion -1/4 (small piece)
  • Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/4 spoon
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Pepper- 1/2 spoon

Preparation Method

  • Chop and clean the broccoli including the stem (in half inch size).
  • Slice the garlic cloves in round shape, slightly thick.
  • Chop the onion too.
  • Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the chopped garlic and onion, then add the chopped broccoli.
  • Add salt and water after sautéing the broccoli until it does not change its green color and boil it uncovered.
  • After boiling, sprinkle with pepper.
