Anu Emmanuel was born on 28th March 1997, in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America. She was brought up in Dallas, Texas where she spent most of her childhood and belongs to Christianity. She is the daughter of Thankachan Emmanuel, a film producer and mother, Nimmy Emmanuel. She started her schoolings in India and after her film Sapna Sachari she went back to the US to finish her high school. She has finished her graduation in Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
